4.4 Inspection of production vehicles. The contractor's inspection system shall, as a minimum, assure that the vehicle conforms to the physical and dimensional requirements and is capable of meeting the performance requirements contained herein. For each vehicle under contract, the contractor shall make available to the Government, at the point of final acceptance, records acceptable to the Government indicating that the servicing and adjusting required by 3.7 has been accomplished.

5. PACKAGING

5.1 Vehicle processing. The vehicle shall be processed for shipment, from manufacturer's plant to initial receiving activity, in accordance with the manufacturer's standard commercial practice.

6.1 Intended use. The vehicles covered by this specification are intended for non-tactical use in transporting track and wheel mounted construction equipment, tracked vehicles,

machinery and other cargo.
