3.2 Dimensions, clearances, payloads and capacities.
3.2.1 Dimensions and clearances. The semitrailer, without payload, uncoupled from the towing vehicle, and resting on its landing less on level ground, shall conform to the dimensions and clearances specified in table II. The overall length and overall height of the semitrailer shall be the minimum practicable for the intended use, but shall not exceed the values listed in table II.

3.2.2 Payloads and capacities. Payloads shall conform to table III. Hopper capacities, measured in accordance with SAE J741, shall conform to table III.
